Adap­tive Lead­ers focus on over­com­ing chal­lenges while lead­ing orga­ni­za­tions through tran­si­tion and crises. They empow­er fol­low­ers to do the same. In Sig­ma Chi’s Adap­tive Lead­er­ship Cer­tifi­cate, broth­ers will gain the knowl­edge and skills nec­es­sary to embrace change, with­stand apa­thet­ic dis­trac­tors, and cham­pi­on per­son­al and orga­ni­za­tion­al growth. This becomes nec­es­sary as lead­ers help their orga­ni­za­tions nav­i­gate dynam­ic envi­ron­ments to pro­duce effec­tive change. Upon com­ple­tion, par­tic­i­pants will be able to apply their knowl­edge as they devel­op and com­mu­ni­cate a vision and strat­e­gy for their chap­ter that focus­es the efforts of oth­ers toward trans­for­ma­tion­al change.
