SCLI Board of Directors Announces New Leadership

Trans­for­ma­tion­al lead­ers must be com­fort­able oper­at­ing at a dis­tance. To achieve a strengths-based dynam­ic, dis­tance lead­ers fos­ter mean­ing­ful con­nec­tions to advance an orga­ni­za­tion and devel­op its members.

In the Fraternity’s Dis­tance Lead­er­ship Cer­tifi­cate, broth­ers will learn the con­cepts and skills required to man­age and lead remote or hybrid teams, uti­lize vir­tu­al com­mu­ni­ca­tion tools, and inspire and empow­er their teams from a dis­tance. At the chap­ter lev­el, this course is use­ful for man­ag­ing teams when mem­bers are sep­a­rat­ed for school breaks or semes­ters abroad.
